رخصة السكن وشهادة المطابقة
لا يمكن للمالك أن يستخدم المبنى إلا بعد انتهاء الأشغال فيه والحصول على رخصة السكن. وحين يتعلق الأمر بمنى آخر نتحدث حينها على شهادة المطابقة. تسلم هذه الوثيقة من طرف السلطات المحلية بهدف استغلال الملك العقاري وبالتالي فهي تشهد بانتهاء الأشغال وتزيل كل القيود الذي تمنع من استغلال الملك. إذا تعذر الحصول عل رخصة بالسكن أو شهادة المطابقة في غضون الشهر بدءا من تاريخ إعلان انتهاء الأشغال، يمكن للمعني بالأمر ان يتقدم بطلب للسلطات المحلية للممارسة حق الاستبدال الذي يخوله الفصل 49 من الظهير عدد 1 .76. 583 للخامس 5 من شوال 1396 (30 شتنبر 1976) المتعلق بتنظيم الجماعات المحلية
الوثائق المطلوبة
طلب الرخصة يتضمن تصريح بانتهاء الأشغال ؛
شهادة نهاية الأشغال مسلمة من طرف المهندس المعماري، إذا تولى هذا الأخير إدارتها .
